How can I book my vacation?
After you have fully explored this web site and found a tour that suits you, simply complete the short booking form that you will find at the bottom of each tour itinerary page or call in Turkey 0090 5374465594 We will check availability for your preferred date and respond by e-mail or telephone. Once availability has been confirmed and you are happy to go ahead with the booking, we charge a booking deposit to your credit card. An e-mail confirming all the details of the tour, including, hotel name, domesticflights if booked with us, will be sent immediately.
Are prices guaranteed?
Our price guarantees that no increase in land costs will occur, once you have paid the deposit for your tour. This is your protection against international currency fluctuations. When you have paid for your domestic flight in full, there will be no change in the cost of the ticket, even if airfares rise later.
How is your transportation coach during the tour?
The transportation coaches we use are like public buses used intercity. All of the buses we use have air conditioner. Most of them have Tv and we offer soft drink,coffee,tea, chocolate, cake and biscuit during the journey..All of the buses used intercity are very clean, comfortable and safe. You will witness a lot of interesting and beautiful views during the journey.
How will we go from city to another city?
In all our tours we pick up you from the hotel and droff off you to the terminal and get on to the bus..When you arrive to another city our other staffs will pick up you from the bus station and dropp off to the hotel.
Why should I purchase travel protection?
For the same reason that you have house and car insurance - to protect you, your loved ones, your possessions and your travel investment. If you or your family have unexpected health problems, experience flight delays or have possessions stolen during your vacation, you receive money back.
Why do I see no triple room rates featured in your brochure?
Because there is no reduction in cost for a third person sharing a room with two others. Turkey hotel rooms tend to be smaller than North American rooms and the third bed may be a rollaway. We suggest taking a twin and a single so that your party will be more comfortable. However, we can request triple rooms in most hotels in Turkey.
How much luggage can I take?
On bus tours space for luggage is limited so each passenger is permitted to take one piece of luggage (suitcase or garment bag) per person. In addition, all passengers on coach tours receive a handy carry-on bag, which may be stowed under your seat or overhead in the coach.
In which kind of hotel will we stay?
Our hotels are 3, 4 and 5 star hotels. We dont work with the hotel below 3 stars. You can choose the hotel categories whichever you want. In some parts of Turkey there are peculiar hotel . For example there are cave hotels in Cappadocia , boutique hotels in Urfa and Mardin and treehouses in Safranbolu and Amasya. The open buffet breakfast is included in all hotels.
At what time does the coach tour leave the hotel in the morning?
Departure time depends on the itinerary to be covered on any particular day. In Turkey departures are usually at about 8:00 am to 8:30 am, while in Ireland distances are shorter and the group usually leaves at 8:45 am to 9:00 am.
How early can I check into the hotel on day of arrival?
You may check into rooms between noon and 1:00 pm, depending on the hotel policy. If hotel room available then we can help you to check in early if not we have to wait til 14:00pm or you may use this time to take a walk, have a snack or do a little exploring.
How much time do we spend on the coach every day?
We want you to see as much of Turkey as possible without spending all of your time on the coach. We generally incorporate a sightseeing feature each morning and afternoon. And there are breaks at every 2 or 3 hour intervals or less so that you may stretch your legs, purchase a snack or lunch, take photos, smoke and avail of restrooms.

Will we have opportunities to take walks and exercise?
Many of our tours incorporate walking tours in interesting places such as Topkapi Palce, Bergamon, Ephesus and Cappadocia. These are leisurely paced walks with a guide. We suggest that you take a pair of comfortable shoes with non-slip soles as many historic places have uneven paving.
How much money do I need to take with me?
As most components of your tour have been prepaid, you will need cash for lunch each day and dinners when you have an evening at leisure. Are you an avid shopper? Do you like a cocktail or Turkish drinks in the evening? These costs are left entirely up to you. Also it is customary to tip your guide and driver at the end of the tour. Credit cards and ATMs are widely used so there's no need to carry a lot of cash.
Are there any free days for activities?
All of our tours are carefully planned with attractive sight-seeing every day. However, as most tours offer 2-night stays, you may choose not to travel with the group and pursue your own interests on a day when the coach will be returning to the same hotel.
Will we be with the same guide in every region?
We arrange our tours with different guides,groups and vehicles for every region. We arrange our tours with professional tour guides and luxe coach transportation..So you have possibility to meet with different guides and groups during your holiday.
Do museum entrance fees included in tour price?
All museums stated in our tour itinerary included to the tour price and we dont demand extra fee from you for tickets.
Is there Comfort Seasons Turkey staff in every region?
There are Comfort Seasons Turkey representatives in all parts of Turkey. If you have any problem or you need anything you have telephone numbers in your file we give you in the begining of the tour. In case of emergency if you call our repsentatives they will be near you in 15 minutes. And I wanna point out that our company is the only company which has representatives in every region.
What is the avarage age of the group and how many people are there in the group maximum?
There is no age limitation in our groups. People can join to our tours from every parts of the world and from every age.
Can I take optional tours during the tour?
Yes you can take optional tours during the tour but our advice is to take all optional tours before you start the tour. Because you have probability not to find a space for it or the prices can be different.
Is Turkey a safe country?
Turkey is among the safest countries in the world. You can walk around whenever you want. You can go by yourself to the restaurant,cafe and bar.
Our advice is to carry the hotel's adress with you when you go outside in case of forget the hotel's name.
Must I bring cash money with me? And is credit card valid in Turkey?

You dont need to keep a lot of cash money with you because the credit card is valid everwhere in Turkey. In all shopping you make you can use your credit card. But it is better for you to use Turkish lira when you are in Turkey because it is more advantageous.
How much I must pay for my kids?
We buy seats for kids above 2 years old. The prices for kids like at the below :
0 - 2 Free of charge for between 3 - 6 35% discount, for 7 - 11 65% discount.
We charge the kids above 11 years old like an adult.
Tour Guides:
You will be assisted by a fluent English speaking professional tour guide who is deeply knowledgeable of Turkey and Gallipoli.
Entrance Fees:
Entrance fees make up to approx 30% of the tour cost. All entrance fees mentioned in the itinerary are included in the tour price and will be paid for by Comfort Seasons Turkey.
Single Supplement Travellers:
We have many customers who travel alone. If you dont mind sharing your room with another traveller then we can arrange a twin share, we will not charge you for single supplement.
Any last minute bookings?
With regards to last minute bookings if you have any friends wishing to join our tours we will do our best to make sure that you will be on the same tour bus, however due to the high volume of customers this can not always be done so we recommend that you all book together.
Shopping:
You will have plenty of time throughout your tour to visit the local shops. Istanbul isnt always the best place to shop! It is the best place to bargain however. If there is something in particular you are looking for, please ask your tour guide and they will advise you on the best place to go. Carpet, leather and jewellery shopping is best done in Kusadasi/Ephesus where you will visit the factories, also learn a lot more about the product from the factory guides.
Early Arrivals:
If you are arriving in Turkey a few days prior to tour start date, we are more than happy to arrange transfers and accommodation for you. This will not be included in the itinerary cost. Additional costs will be advised once further information is given by the customer.
Visas:
Depending on your nationality or passport, you will be able to purchase a visa when you arrive at the airport in Turkey. Please however confirm this with your national embassy, as some nationalities require this to be done in advance. Australia and England are charged approx £10 GPB on arrival, New Zealand is able to enter free of charge. Please note that this fee maybe subject to change.

We use New Turkish Lira. Although in a lot of places they will accept US, EURO or GBP. We recommend that exchanging to lira will save you money and confusion. There are many change offices throughout Turkey, along with ATM machines for you to withdraw also. Most shops will accept your credit cards.
